Luxury Restroom Rental Service Terms in Conroe, TX 77384

Last Updated: 10/28/2026

What Our Restroom Trailer Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to luxury restroom trailer rental services provided by Texas Toilet Pros in Conroe and surrounding areas. The specific quote or written order describes the trailer, rental period, delivery location, setup, pickup, and any agreed servicing.

The customer must provide accurate site details, safe access, a suitable placement area, and any required utilities unless the written agreement says otherwise. Extra equipment, extended use, additional servicing, site work, and changes to the agreed plan require separate approval and may cost extra.

Rental service does not include event permits, utility installation, repairs to the site, or waste disposal outside authorized arrangements unless expressly agreed. Customers should check applicable requirements, including the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible routes and restrooms, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for workplace sanitation.

Wastewater handling must follow the Texas Water Code and TCEQ rules. Confirm site-specific event permit requirements with the City of Conroe.

Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments and rental dates are arranged through a written quote, booking confirmation, or other written approval from Texas Toilet Pros. A date is not reserved until the company confirms the booking and any required payment terms in writing. Customers should provide the event or project schedule, delivery access details, placement instructions, and a contact who can meet the delivery team.

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation, date change, or adjustment to the rental period. The applicable cancellation charges, if any, will be stated in the quote or booking terms; these terms do not create a fixed fee where none was disclosed.

Changes to trailer type, location, duration, access, or service needs may affect availability and cost. We will explain any proposed price or schedule change and request approval before proceeding.

Weather, site access, safety concerns, or other conditions may require rescheduling; we will work with the customer to discuss available options.

Written Quotes and Payment Terms

Texas Toilet Pros prepares quotes using the information provided about the trailer, rental dates, delivery location, access, and requested services. A quote is an estimate of the described work, not approval for additions that were not listed.

It becomes part of the booking when accepted in writing and confirmed by the company. The quote or booking confirmation will state the payment amount, due dates, and accepted payment method; no specific price or payment schedule applies unless shown there.

If site conditions or customer requests change the agreed scope, we will explain any added charge and obtain approval before carrying out the extra work, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to address a safety concern. The customer remains responsible for payment under the accepted booking terms. Contact us promptly if a charge appears inconsistent with the written quote so we can review the documents and discuss the matter.

Service Quality and Warranty Coverage

Texas Toilet Pros will provide the services described in the accepted booking. These terms do not promise a separate workmanship warranty, a particular warranty period, or a guaranteed result beyond what is expressly stated in a written quote or agreement. If a written agreement includes warranty coverage, that document controls the covered work, duration, and remedy.

Tell us promptly if you believe an agreed service was not performed as described. Provide the booking details and, where practical, photos or other information so we can review the concern.

Coverage may not extend to damage or problems caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, failure to follow placement or operating instructions, unsafe access, site conditions, or work performed by someone else. This section does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Any applicable manufacturer warranty for equipment is separate from a service warranty and is governed by its own terms.

Responsibility for Losses and Legal Requirements

To the extent the law allows, Texas Toilet Pros’ liability for a claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate customer instructions, unsafe access, or losses caused by a customer’s failure to meet agreed responsibilities.

This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be limited. Neither party gives up rights or remedies that cannot be waived.

Customers remain responsible for checking site-specific rules and arranging required permits. Accessibility and sanitation duties may depend on the site and use, including the 2010 ADA Standards, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.

Wastewater must be handled under the Texas Water Code and applicable TCEQ requirements. For events in Conroe, verify permit requirements with the City of Conroe.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about a quote, booking, or these terms, contact Texas Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. Mail may be sent to Conroe Professional Suites, 2200 N FM 3083 Rd W, Conroe, TX 77304. Include your name, booking details, and the specific term or service you are asking about so we can direct your message appropriately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise provided to customers, with the effective date identified when practical.

Unless the update or law says otherwise, changes apply to new bookings and do not change an existing confirmed booking without agreement. The written quote or agreement for a booking controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
